Here's another tutorial that I did for Scrapbook Heaven tag crop. Enjoy!

What you need:
stamp
ink
tissue paper
adhesive (I used Scrappy Glue)
some sort of coloring pencils/aqua-pen/copic markers

Step 1:
Stamp a piece of tissue paper with your stamp. If you've used a small stamp, you'll probably need to stamp several.

Step 2:
Color your stamped images using pens/markers. I used watercolor pencils. Be careful not to rip the tissue paper.

Step 3:
Wrinkle your tissue paper, then smooth it out a bit.

Step 4:
Apply adhesive to a piece of light-colored cardstock. Adhere your tissue paper to the cardstock and flatten. You should be able to see some small wrinkles.

Step 5:
Finish embellishing your tag. I used Stickles on the cupcakes.
