| I used fine fake snow. Here's a white one I made with the fake snow all over:  I think I'm going to make 6-8 of these white one for our tree this year. They'll go nicely with the quilled snowflakes.

| They're about 3 inches across, but I guess depending on the circles cut, you could make it bigger or smaller.
