| My Rebel has whatever special re-chargeable it takes. For my smaller camera, I have re-chargeable double A's. I bought a new set a few months ago because my first set wasn't holding a charge very well anymore after about 4 years. |

| It takes Canon batteries... I have two that hold the charge a long time but never fully charged once when I needed to take 'the photo of a lifetime' that's why I have a spare fully charged and ready to go.
speaking of batteries... does anyone use the ones that work with the Canon SD 400... 410 cause I have a bunch and can't use them so they are yours for free!!! |

| I have a Canon Elph.... so the batteries are what came with it- the rechargeable pack or whatever it's called. |

| Mine came with it's own battery & charger also. It holds the charge for quite awhile. I went to grab it on Sat. & noticed it was still on & the last pic I took had been 4 days earlier & it was still on 4 bars! |
