Anyone ever tried altering frames, or even doing them from scratch!?

I just got these Kaiser Beyond the Page raw frames and would love to know if you have any ideas or suggestions, or examples!

Is this something you would like to try yourself!?

I was really big into altering picture frames about 12 years ago but gradually got out of it. The last one I made was for a friend at work who was leaving but I didn't take a pic of it Sad

I haven't done any either but those look like a fun project! Maybe rip paper and attach with ModPodge? Oh, sponging with paint would be fun too! Have fun & can't wait to see what you make!

I love altering... I've done some frames... loved making one of them to go with my funky chicken theme in my kitchen...... I covered the frame and then ripped some paper and went over part of it... then added my fav. flower (a sunflower) to one corner.. I put a diff. paper in the middle where the photo should go... I can't decide what to do there.
