|  I admit,I like to journal-I find reading the things I write makes me relive that moment! This was a walk I made myDDs walk with me to show them what a long walk I made to school when I was only 6years old.Winter and summer too!(Not barefooted though!) |

| Love everyone's pages! Isn't it FUN to journal???  I multi-tasked and used this challenge with one from My Scraps & More to use a movie soundtrack title on a page. Because of this story, the obvious choice was Oklahoma for me. I don't know if you'll be able to read it, but it's a trip my family will NEVER forget! We went out in 1969 and it STILL brings groans, moans, laughter and lots of story telling whenever one of us mentions "The Oklahoma Trip". I'll add pictures later when I have my brothers' and parents' sides of this story... I tried to imitate the wheat blowing in the breeze with the strokes of paint and the rain with the misting... Not sure it worked very well and definitely not one of my better pages, but hey it works!  |
