I just wanted to say that they have excellent customer service. I had a problem with one of the replacement cartridges and they instantly sent me a new one - just wonderful!

Lisa, I am so happy you posted this. This past summer I purchased 12 for a friend of mine. Every since one of them was defective. They started out fine then after a few runs got ruined. I called my distributor and they suggested buying the new model. Um, no, I don't think so. I want 12 news ones to fit the gun she already owns! Duh! And when I asked if there were others with problems they said no. Now I know darn right well that's probably not true. So glad you posted.
