| Fortnightly between me and my flatmate, we throw out all that we don't need or is expired.
Every 6 months a complete turn off and wipe down. Each month a wipe down. |

| Every few weeks he gets a massive clean down.... I have 2 kids who make spills... and even though you wipe them up... it needs a good scrub about every second grocery trip. |

| Once every 5 years, if it needs it or not  I use good old fashioned soap and water. |

| Wenever it needs it, I wipe it out. Food containers etc, more or less when I get groceries. Empty, pull out the shelves and wash thoroughly a couple of times a year. I just use hot water and dish soap with dish cloths. |

| I constantly organize it... everything has a place! I wipe it all down whenever it looks like it needs it or I find something growing hair! |
