what's the strangest non scrappy item you have included on a layout ?
once many moons ago, i scrapped a orange bag that oranges come in...big mistake cos it took forever to get the look i was aiming for

I think the plastic bread bag closers were my strangest and I used them because it was a challenge.

I've used plastic bag closers too. I've also used one of those cardboard things that goes around coffee cups.

garters !! (the ones we used to have for holding stockings up!) And once a used zipper opened up with a photo inside it!

I have a bag of "stuff" I sometimes put on layouts if it asks for it. I'm usually "out of the box" so to speak. Smile

I have a zipper but haven't used it yet... maybe I'll do that this week, Lois!

I've used money, cardboard and clothes pins....but don't know that they are really considered out of the ordinary.
