Thanks Lois! I guess that looking at buttons and remembering me is a whole lot better than looking at a pile of other stuff and remembering me!!! LOL!!! |

Here is my creation of pea soup!! The front: The inside: I used 3 different green pp, 6 buttons (5 on the outside, 1 on the inside), orange ribbon, white for the card, black for the inking, and a wee little bird on the front!!!

Here is a LO I did with the Soup recipe Helen shared withn us! This is my MIL/FIL, SIL and her DBF and her children. They would prolly not mind me posting their pics from 2007 BUT I didn't check so I smudged their faces just to be safe (especially re: the kids...). They are at the Ottawa Market- choosing a punkin as is their tradition. Thanks for looking! The orange ribbon is a cream ribbon with orange floral design- hope that's OK! Oh and the green pp's are: bat- dark green floral (Daisy d.'s) 12" vertical orange and green striped strip: Salem (Scenic Route) 12" horizontal strip: has olive green doodle filled line-drawn circles on it (hard to see the colour here) 6 dead ppl buttons: some light and some DARK (looks black here) green.

Love your layout Ali. I love your houndstooth background pp. I've been wondering what I should make for supper tonight. Pea soup sounds just right.

Here's my layout for the Pea Soup recipe. Sorry, it's not a very good picture. The layout is kind of dark for a little girl page but I love the photos. I was using scraps and had a really hard time finding a way to use the little bits of the 3rd green pp I had. Not sure I like my tree
