This is a pic of me (bad one of me!) and my friend Heather....she was the owner of 3 Scrappy Boys (but has since sold it). This summer on my way home from Manitoba, ds and I "swung" down thru Duluth, MN to meet Heather and her family for lunch and a day of hanging out!!!! SOOOO MUCH FUN!

I have soooooooooooooooo many and I use them all the time....but somehow seem to buy them fast than I use them..........Silly huh? I just got a box in the mail the other day, it had 8 bling flourish packages, 2 smooch spritz's and a little melissa frances key lock thingy....like hello?!!!!!!!!!! cost me $11 for shipping! what is wrong with me????????????

Here is my entry for today's challenge. i was asked to create something using this shellached guitar clock. they were wanting me to do something with photo's and have at it (how's that for instructions?!) By the way, this was all 3rd party info, i never did speak to the requester...

Well, i asked for all the photos, then i laid it out, found out they didn't want to keep the clock... I just lightly positioned the photos so that the mother-in-law could see it.. then i heard she wanted to have it sealed again... ack - i said i couldn't do it, it would cheapen it and had she actually seen it yet? the answer was she hadn't seen it - once she did, no more sealing wanted... I adhered it all down, added some extra stuff, blinged it a little... all hand cut papers (swirls) and such.

voila - the final result, & I am quite pleased with it... it went to the reunion and apparently I have a few requests coming!

have to say this one stumped me for at least 10 min... normally i see something and then start - i change on the fly lots, but original thinking still there...

How the heck do I get my clock in profile to reflect the right time... it is 2:57 pm here and i am "time challenged"! also sent you an email for my challenge on 25th

Mia - love it - please do not talk about Chipmunk cheeks - hello, i am one of the originators!! i had huge blue eyes and cheeks & so do my adorable girls... even when i was in my smaller size body version, I still had the cheeks...
Layout is gorgeous and love the swirls - kaisercraft?! some of it? i have to get some more ordered... oops i mean pages done!! lol
